One common misconception around these parts is that P90X is all cardio, nothing could be farther from the truth. However, if your goal is to get a lean, athletic look then P90X is a great program. P90X's purpose is to get you ripped, not bodybuilder huge, so if your goal is to look like a bodybuilder, you should look for another program. I did P90X and had great results with it.
